Sudha Retails aims to deliver your orders safely and reliably across our available delivery locations in India.

1. Shipping Charges

Orders with a merchandise value of ₹800 or less qualify for free shipping. The shipping cost for these orders is already included in the selling price.

For orders with a merchandise value above ₹800, the applicable shipping charge will be payable by the buyer in addition to the product price. The charge will be calculated according to the available shipping service and displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed after confirmation and any required payment verification. Processing and transit times may vary depending on product availability, destination and courier operations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees of delivery on a specific date.

3. Delivery Locations

Delivery is available to locations serviceable by our shipping partners. Availability depends on the delivery PIN code and courier coverage.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment details will be shared through available order updates or the contact information provided with your order.

5. Delays and Delivery Issues

Delays may occur due to weather, transport disruption, incorrect address details or other operational circumstances. If your order is delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but has not been received, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

6. Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

Please check your address, PIN code, email and phone number before placing an order. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you about the available next steps, subject to applicable law.

7. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the appropriate resolution under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
